The recruitment process includes the written test and physical efficiency test of PET. The process for recruitment varies from post to post. 2. Long jump
3. Shot put, the candidates are required to point the shot put at a minimum 5.50m distance
4. 800m race in 160 seconds
5. A race for a certain time period to be instructed by the examiner is to be done by the candidate.
